Mission & vision

Vision "129 Ministries" or "129 Outreach" based on John 1:29 which says: Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world." This verse is the one that the Lord highlighted to me in 1982, when I received my calling into the Gospel ministry. He showed me at that time, it is to be a ministry of helps, teaching, salvation, and deliverance to people who are caught in the grips of destructive lifestyles, such as addiction, prostitution, gambling, and neglect.

Mission 129 Ministries exists for the purpose of carrying the message of salvation by grace through faith to men and women who have perhaps not made the best choices in life, and who are ready to make a change and accept Jesus Christ, God's anointed messiah into their lives, to commit to renewing their minds with God's Word, and receiving all that God has for them in this life, so that they may be a blessing to others. We will endeavor to accomplish this great undertaking through written material: books, blogposts, booklets and gospel tracts; monthly outreaches in and around Colorado Springs at Parks, and other places; short-term missions; and by building and maintaining a website where resources and current events may be announced and updated, and through individual prayer by Douglas, and other volunteers who are raised up through service. There will also be discipling materials available for a donation of any amount, as these are currently being carefully crafted and written according to specifications.
